We are a team of architects, engineers, masters and technicians. Our team plans, controls and realizes construction projects within the building portfolio. We rent, lease and operate real estate in Germany.

Portfolio Management operates an active portfolio management on a global scale for the Bayer Group and addresses the following value levers:

Portfolio management is the main contact partner in close cooperation with the Bayer divisions in order to develop the corresponding real estate strategies from their business strategies and to recognize their real estate needs at an early stage and to proactively support the development of optimal solutions.
