Bayer Real Estate builds child care center at Chempark Leverkusen

Child care has a long tradition at Bayer

On behalf of Bayer AG, Bayer Real Estate is building a new child care center for 125 children between the ages of six months and six years directly adjacent to the Chempark Leverkusen site. Around €6 million has been budgeted for this project.

Because of the building’s special architecture and energy concept, its energy requirement will be well below the legal stipulations, making it an intelligent solution for the future.
