Offices for Bayer Vital GmbH

As the project developer, Bayer Real Estate (BRE) is driving forward the construction of a new office complex and parking garage in the Leverkusen Chempark. A special challenge here was to demolish the old five-story building on this 25,000 m2 site and prepare the land for redevelopment. BRE’s tasks include coordinating the extensive construction work and providing detailed advice on building management.

The new complex will used principally by Bayer Vital GmbH – which will have its headquarters in the building. Around €60 million has been budgeted for this project.

Construction has already begun and completion is scheduled for spring 2009.
